Why this name?
After a few Jam sessions, the comment was made that we really "cooked up some serious groove" so we went with it.
Do you play live?
We actually love to play live, it's hard to get the same groove in a studio. We feed off the audience and if we see your having a good time watch out, your gunna get BUMPED HARD.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think anything that gets the music out to listeners, faster, easier and cheaper can't be a bad thing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes... we still need major labels, they still do more to promote music than anyone.
Band History:
Fate brought the band together in 1999. Just like with a great meal it's all in the ingredients you use. All the members of the band have been performing professionally for decades with a variety of musicial backgrounds. Sometimes magic just happens.
Your influences?
We have been influenced more by the feeling of the music than by any one list of performers.
Favorite spot?
We love any city that wants to get Bumped.
