Yeah to all the haters and rappers out there show your boy some respect if you don't Ima take it. f***ERS
Why this name?
C.R.Y.M.E. is actually intials for C.razy R.hyming Y.oung M.an E.xposed. I created that name because when i get on the mic I never restrict myself. I say whatever comes to mind.
Do you play live?
Yeah of course all the time. Every monday night I perform at this little spot called Cousin Larry's for open mic. And for the weekends I usually get some club gigs. But i tend to stay in my area
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
At first i hated this myspace bullshit. But now I see the usefullness of the net. It's faster and less money for the artists.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That is a tough question. But right now i probaly would because im strugglin and need a new way to support my family.
Band History:
I'll keep it short but i started rapping at 15 after i crashed into my drum set that was in my mom's garage. Going to battles in NYC winning and losing battles. But still was crazy enough to talk sh*** to fake ass rappers who thought they was good. After a few years of doing that. I went to a battle and met up with this inspireing rap group called GOD CHILD. After a automatic chemistry with them we went on as a team to give fans to best Hip Hop they ever heard.
Your influences?
Well first off is my daughter and the Hip Hop culture in general. Not naming any names I'm just feeling the whole movement.
Favorite spot?
I love NYC. I was born in the South Bronx so it's in my blood.
Equipment used:
I use my pen and paper the mic and my boy's studio. Which has every thing from mixers to a beutiful sound booth.
Anything else...?
There alot of fake ass people out there. So i give to them a salute 1 middle finger up.
