When performing solo, Marcia can be seen on piano and acoustic guitar.
Why this name?
Marcia Claire is Marcia's given name.
Do you play live?
Marcia performs most of her gigs in downtown San Diego area with an occasional North County and Temecula show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The accessibility to music that people have now is staggering. The idea that somebody surfing the net in Toledo or Spokane or Kalamazoo could come across your music is staggering to me. The doors that open up are endless. Anyone who doesn't make the most use out of the internet is kee-razy!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely yes. I'm smarter about the business end of music than I have ever been. I understand the legalities of publishing as well as knowing what to negotiate and what NOT to negotiate. I learn from watching others make great (and not-so-great) decisions.
