Why this name?

My name came from my boy Scama who is an artist that first started with me. Scama kept listening to the lyrics I was dropping and what I was recording......He called me one day and said I got the perfect name for you "J Theory" because You keep Theorizing on life.

Do you play live?

I am currently performing in the Lake and Cook County areas (ChicagoLand) but am looking to spread to other areas.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

The internet gives underground artist an oppurinty to build a fanbase with out being attached to a label.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would if we can compermise on a deal that would benefit both parties.
