Yea, what up, this Jeigh Diesel from Chi-Town and I'm here to T.O. the music industry and this website is jus part of the plan.

If I promised anyone that I would do a track with them or submit an entry to a contest beat, it may be a while because my studio is down and the Block Lock studio is not within walking distance. When I leave for school in August (Rust College in Mississippi, here I COME) I will do all the crap I promised so hold tight. All the songs I've posted have been written in recorded before Nov. 2005 unless otherwise stated.

In the meanwhile, type in "Block Lock" in the search engine and see how my team is reppin on soundclick. BLOCK LOCK B*TCH!

Why this name?
I was formerly known as Joker da Don, which I always shortened in rhymes to Joke Don. Then I would shorten that to JD (which was too close to Jermaine Dupri). I'm a wrestling fan so I kept the J (spelled it kinda funky Jeigh) and added Diesel, who was a wrestler, instead of jus D.
Do you play live?
I perform at talent shows at my school whenever they are offered. I'm taking part in the Alternative Idol competition representing my school for the rappers. I'll keep you posted on the date. I LOVE to perform. I'm more of a performance rapper than anything.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it changed it for the better because people are getting a chance to preview the music before they drop $15 on the cd. I don't mind people downloading my music for free, most of the money doesn't come from album sales. Money is in the shows and that can't be bootlegged.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yea. That's the point of making music is to get a wide audience to listen.
