I am a composer/producer of my own music. The music covers the gamut from some easy jazz to trance-based alternative music. I have done some neo-classical pieces but generally work with synthesizers and guitar. I am slowly working my way into films and have met with some moderate success in the short time I have pursued this goal. My wife plays piano and we sometimes collaborate on pieces.
If you like interesting, different, but listenable music, then you should check out my stuff. I have an affection for Eastern instruments and music and do not hesitate to mix those instruments into ambient or trance-like compositions with Western instruments and synthesizers, producing what I think are some generally unique sounds.
If you are up for moody, sometimes uplifting, sometimes noire, and just plain strange music, then give a listen. And I hope you find something you enjoy!

Why this name?
It was given to me at birth. I had no choice in the matter, but it's done alright by me over the years.
Do you play live?
I do not do live performances. Everything os performed in my home studio. And please, don't let this prevent you from listening to my music. I work very hard to achieve professional level sound quality, and have been told that my quality sounds as good as studio work by my limited circle of 'fans'.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the Internet option is one of the best things to come along for people to get heard. No more begging and pleading with record company executives to give your music a fair listen.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the money and the conditions were right, of course I would. But most producers want bands or acts than can tour and do live performances. Unfortunately, my style of music does not lend itself to that.
Band History:
I started playing guitar when I was 14 and it has been my primary instrument for most of my life. I never developed the dexterity for speed lead playing, but I'm a pretty decent rhythm player. Did a couple of band gigs when I was younger, did the coffee house scene some in the 70's and played a lot of afternoons in the parks in Minneapolis and other places I've lived.
Your influences?
Frank Zappa is an all time favorite. But I have always had a love affair with synthesizer music, although I never owned one or played one until about a year ago.
In that realm, Isao Tomita is probably the best and most powerful influence, although I will never attain his level of performance.

Equipment used:
I use a Yamaha Pacifica electric guitar, a Yamaha DGX-305 keyboard, an Alesis Micron synth keyboard and I also use a Micro-Korg synth. I also use an Ovation acoustic-electric guitar. I play at harmonica (sort of), and have 2-3 diffeerent hand drums to help enhance my music.
Along with these 'real' instruments, I have about 15-20 virtual synthezisers that I use on a regular basis that provide some tremendous dimensions in soundscaping and texture.

Anything else...?
Yeah, listen to what I have to offer.
