Da U, Da Unknowns reppin out of 502, Louisville Ky.7 members doin Hip Hop in it's purest form. We don't sound like alot of groups we do our own thang n keep Hip Hop sh*** poppin. In alot of our songs we talk about how we was raised in the city and the things we dealt wit growing up , we talk about worldly issuesm and God and topics that really need to Be touched on.
Why this name?
We chose the name Da Unknowns cuz we feel you'll never know use no matter the songs we do you will never really know use unless you family.
Do you play live?
Yes we do haven't had no major shows yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internet changes it alot it allows for alot of artist that are in a city or area where there music can't be heard, and by the internet they can be heard all over the world and that is more exposure for artist.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes we would but we would really have to feel comfortable with the deal, we would only sign if we can do the same kind of music we do know theres no change or format just to sell records for the mainstream we feel comfortable with our material dat theres no need to follow the same path that all follow
