Maze was formed in late 2005 on the initiative of three school friends who decided to perform in the local scene to bring the beauty of music to the masses. What had started off as something which would be simplistic rock was turning into fairly technical progressive metal.


As time went by, the brainchild of drummer, PY Oehrli and Nikhil Banerji started to see the light of day. Around late April, they finally got down to recording a demo, with 5 songs, all of which they had created with much hard work and turmoil over exactly 5 days.
