Writing and playing songs that others can enjoy has always been our dream. Life created the lyrics for us. We have included some of our bluegrass, country, rock and pop songs on this site.
Why this name?
We liked the name. Seemed to say a lot about working hard to be better at whatever you do.
Do you play live?
We both have played live in different bands in the past. Oh yeah, the time we were playing a party in a shelter house with rain blowing in on us and the mikes shocked us when our lips touched them. Makes for very strange high notes.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has opened up a vast audience worldwide for all types of artists to get their songs heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure.
Band History:
We have written songs together for quite awhile. Our favorite types of music are Bluegrass and traditional country. We do like a lot of the new country, pop, and rock as well, and we will continue to put some of our songs in those genre on the site.
Your influences?
Beatles, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Flat and Scruggs, Waylon, Willie, and a guy named Johnny Lee. Really too many influences to name them all.
Favorite spot?
Evansville, IN
Equipment used:
Fender guitars, Yamaha Keyboard, Korg D1600 hard disk recorder, Dell computer.
Anything else...?
We hope you enjoy our music.
