We are an elite group of fly young gentleman who are providing some of the most energetic and raw presentaions of music to date. Innovative and inspirational are just a few words to describe the group that goes by the name of Tha Legion.
Why this name?
We originally started off with two members, A Butta and E.B. and we thought of great duos that we had heard of through out our life. We thought of the Legion of Doom who used to be take no prisoners type of wrestlers. We added on more people to the group (Faith B and J-Dot) and shortened to the Legion because we were growing well legions signify a group of people.
Do you play live?
Well at the moment we're traveling across seas but we have performed around the world already. Places to include San Diego,Tijuana Mexico,Sydney Australia, Bah Rain and other places as well. The feeling is overwhelming and yes we love it. We'll have to get back on stand out moments there are just so many.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
There's big availability for music but the artist are losing a substantial amount do to the bootlegging done on the internet.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure if the Record label is talking the right kind of business and trying to help us expand and venture on to more than just ice, cars and hoes, we would love to negotiate a deal.
Favorite spot?
Well we're from all over. Faith is from St. Louis, A- Butta is from Columbus, Georgia, J-Dot is from Houston Texas, and myself E.B. I'm from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I belive that are favorite spots are our home towns.
Equipment used:
Mostly just a laptop, a mic, and our minds. But we are getting more studio equipment so get at us on that.
