Band History:
It started off in Pennsylvania as kids. I came up with the concept. The meaning of blacksandz to me is: As a youth growing up in my time, black people were going through hard times and I came with a name that symbolized the struggles. Blacksand is very rare and took the name to show that no matter what when the sun shines thw water would take us as grains of sand out to shine too. It stuck ever since and music has always been apart of my life at a very young age, so I apply my meaning in a musical direction with positive views.
Your influences?
Hip-Hop, R&B, basically if the music moves me that's my favorite. I'm very open.
