My name in Andy Lee aka. MC Turbulance, I'm into loving hip-hop culture since I was 10 years old and have been rapping since I was 16. I had a crew called A2, Asia-poetic Crew. Recently I'm planning of forming two more crew, one with straight Asian hip-hop and another one with a bit of mixture of rock and techno. I started to produce my beats one year ago. I produce all my beats and write my own rhymes, there is no hating and no negative contents in my lyrics and music. God's love/peace and happiness is what I want to rap about.

Why this name?

Because I¡¦m rapping in a different flow. It is because I do things differently I¡¦m turning against what nowadays people think hip-hop should be: talk about all the negativity (sex, drugs, gangster etc...). That¡¦s why I called myself Turbulance, is because I want to be different, being different to make changes.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It gives more people oppurtunities to be discovered, to tell you the truth I find majority of the artists here better than the plantinumn artists that are out there. Posting MP3 on the net also show the real you, what you want to express through your music.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yup, my goal is to get sign by the time I hit 25, but then again, I use my music to make changes, not making money or about the fame. So I don't care if it is a big or small deal as long as they give me spaces to make my own music, do my own things, say my own thought.

Band History:

Founder of the A2 Asia-poetic crew, started out in June 2004 as a crew of four people, the crew hd fallen apart due to Skay's acadamic stress and so on... Currently planning/composing for a different taste band with the mixture of soft rock and techno.
