just something people had been calling me so I stuck with it...it's always great to be yourself in this industry especially if you're already cool wherever you come from...
Do you play live?
I have when I was rapping, at a few clubs and other events in North Carolina, but now I just focus on production.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows young entrepeneurs to capitalize on their musical talents without being out in the street day and night and it allows young musicians to further their craft before entering the industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it's the right deal.
Your influences?
Old school music such as: Al Green, O'Jays, Marvin Gaye, etc. and music from movies like Rocky, Scarface, and more were a big influence on me, as well as producers such as: Timbaland, Kanye West, Roger and Zapp, Devante, and the list goes on and on...
