Razorbrain aka lock down
NEWS
Mixtape was put out in VA and in Seattle. i appeared on a chopped and screwed mix cd, and will be appearing on a few other soundlcik mc's pages in the near future. currently, i relocated to Ocala, FL after my car accident and im workin on my own company. it will be some time for new music to pop up but bear with me, itll be coming soon..look out for the album as well.. thank you

Hi, im razorbrain from the I.M.U (Iron mics Unlimited) and this is just one branch of us im in FL for the moment, carving out a lil spot on my own till i can re-join my crew in NY.. im doin my thing tryin to get a buzz i hope you like my freestyles..
Why this name?
It was a long process.. from random names to pickin them out of a hat.. i kept saying iron, and the minds came up.. they i was thinkin I.M..than i said I M U.. and my boy said u would be unlimited.. later it was changed from iron minds to iron mics
Do you play live?
Any and everywhere i can.. if theres a studio im looking for it right now
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it expands the reach of music and lets listeners hear music they wouldnt normally hear on the radio or mtv..it also help us poor kids who cant go to the studio and make albums a chance to be heard and recognized, and hopefully this will be a viable means of the industry looking for talent
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
hell yea! i need to pay bills and debts and feed family! i would sign in a heart beat to the right label

i have many i respect and listen to: biggie, eminem, talib keli, bahamadia, tupac, common, skills, my boy precyce, timberland, dr dre, just blaze, dmx, linkinpark, korn, bb king, etc
Favorite spot?
brooklyn NY- thats the center of the universe for me.. its where i was born and raised and will never ever forget where im form i love it if i could id never have left it.. ill be back baby! i promise
Equipment used:
right now a mic a pop filter and cool edit pro 2. untill i can get more shit.. had a huge car accident that destroyed most of my things and im glad to be alive.. now its time to rebuild
