Dr Alan B has over 20 years experience in the music industry and is currently CEO of What Da Word Say Records. He has been a producer, songwriter, singer, band musician, performer, sound technician, recording engineer, just to mention a few. He has written over 1000 songs, including his own albums, Alan B, Three In Me and The Na'alege of HUU "I AM" currently released under our new label Eye C Records.

It's my name ... I'm called Dr Alan B, Alan B, Dr Alan, honee (only by my wife) ... smile
Do you play live?
I am currently preparing to get my feet wet again in early 2014 ... where I don't know yet, but be on the look out!!!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Offers another avenue to spreading your music to the masses fast. Allows independent artists and labels to be exposed without being tied to a contract with a major label, or having to compromise their beliefs to conform to industry standards.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Perhaps, What Da Word Say Records and Eye C Records Keep me pretty busy. You never know!
