SoundClick artist: Razell - Making real music, not the same stuff you hear on the radio. Time for something new and unique, not

Its Mark aka Razell. I started rapping in 2004. Not really much of something I do often, but still I do it anyway. I also sing (But I don't think I sound that good. Other people think I do....) I'm always up for collabs and things like that. But my style has drifted away from Rap and more into Hip-Hop. You know...music with a MESSAGE. With all the ideas I got in my head, you'd think I'd have over 1,000,000 songs on here.

Why this name?

Well I liked the name Rahzel from SSX Tricky. I played the game and liked the name, but since Rahzel is already an artist, I switched the letters to Razell

Do you play live?

Well...I really don't play live, unless I'm at work or around on the street....

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

The internet brought us here together on Soundclick. Honestly...I don't see any difference other than for business purposes.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

No I don't want to be signed so don't try to get me signed. (Believe me, I've had offers...)

Band History:

I first started writing poetry with a certain someone that wanted to remain nameless in the summer of 2004. She and I then started singing what we wrote. Then I wrote my first rhyme in my senior year in high school for a class project. I would have been voted the best in class, but I lost to two guys spittin' bout them being white. DAMN! So I thought why not do this as a way to show my feelings about my life. And here I am now.
