A fine example of supreme songwriting. Builds to an intensity with dramatic chord changes, fine musicianship, great vocals, and unforgettable hooks....really wonderful stuff!

So typical of all of us with so many relationships....fight or flight inherent in the old man who is dead if rebirth has taken place...you know? But now is a time to just stand...not fight nor flee.....that is why I love intimacy....and it is beautiful helping us to confront ourselves and challenge each other. Great song!!!!

Deep pain I can identify...people never take one seriously because they need to discredit to keep from facing the truth..........deep song....and the remedy stop playing a role for people and serve without pretense whether they want you to revert to the dynamic they are used to or no........because we must love and sometimes love is unpleasant and firm....though giving.....much love to you.....

Like how the lyrics gives a historical perspective on the story....this as seen from history it looks that way...nice way of breaking it down....I especially identify with the love and care part....so very love and care these days.....yet we always expect it from others but hardly give it ourselves you know? We have all these terms and conditions where his only was in service....how wonderful!!!! Great song!!! May the Lord open our hearts! Terms of engagement......

Reminds me of the theme form fame......nice setting lyrically and showed me another look at what happened historically. Not your typical way of writing/ righting the story.......very nice.

but the way the vocal is delivered makes it great in any language
