Band History:
Copasetic Records was Founded in 2002 in Jacksonville, Florida. It was founded by Charles and
Rodrick. But the story started long ago in 1998. The first song ever to be recorded under Copasetic
Records was a singal by the first artist, Shawty Roe (Rodrick Lester). The song was called "slagin Yogert",
This song lead the way For other "SoundClick" Hits like "Stuck In Thuggin". We started off with just a mic and
a stander Windows Sound Recorder. Now we have moved up to "Sonar 2.0". By 3/01/2003 Charles
meet Carnell Holmes witch at the time Charles had know idea that he was into music, and shared
the same love for hip hop. So from then on we have worked together to build a Recording Studio
witch is still in the working process. From 04/01/2003 Copasetic Records started working with other local artist
From Different Record labels like Section 9oh4 Records, C.I. Records, and Chain Gang records. By the time we had got to this point
Stolen thought, C. Holmes, and Shawty Roe started to make beat using two key borads (Yamaha ps-330 and the Yamaha Dj-x, Boss Dr. Grove 202). We are now working on upgrade the studio to make it biger and better but it takes hard work and love for the game of music. So we hope to have it up and up runing by this time next year.
