The common spelling of the band name's derivative word (lummox) was taken by a shitty Canadian punk band. The present name form is a send up of imperialism, taking Roman numerals and using them inappropriately and coupled with the numeral zero, which western cultures theived from the Hindus and Mayas.

LVMM0X has put on two shows. Both have been fantastic exhibitions of poor planning and worse performance. LVMM0X will play sometime in the future, however not until it's good and ready.

This is kind of a loaded question.
People are really divided on the subject. Personally, i believe that filesharing is a wonderful tool and that it dislocates the power of the monolithic beast of the RIAA and trickles some of that power back into the hands of artists and creative minds.
How that power is used (and/or abused) is at the discretion of the creative minds.
Anyone bi***ing about these issues, however, should most certainly shut up and look for resolutions instead of litigating the crap out of some poor bastard who just wanted to listen to your music.
