Fall 2008
Hello! You're reached Dfactor's Soundclick page. I'm a singer/songwriter, rocker and blog pundit.

I write, record and perform my own rock songs. One day I'll get a band to play with me. I put out a CD full of fun whirly pop at the start of 2008. It's called 'Say Yeah!' and it's out now on iTunes, CDBaby and elsewhere. On this page you can listen to a few songs from Say Yeah!

I'm in the midst of recording and mixing new songs for an early 2009 EP. Everything so far sounding good and hoping to get all the goods ready by New Year's!

From 1999-2004, I led the NYC rock band Anthemic Pop Wonder

In 2006, I recorded one cool rockin' cover song each month and posted them over at the 12 Covers - 12 Months series!

Bio:
Dfactor is a U.S. singer-songwriter who writes, sings and records cool, catchy pop-punk-rock songs. Between 1999-2004, Dfactor was the key songwriting force behind NYC's Anthemic Pop Wonder (APW). APW played live in NYC, Boston, Washington DC and elsewhere, and released five CDs, including the well-reviewed 2003 release Rapid Pop Thrills and 2004's terrific followup Supersonic Lullabies.

Why this name?
Longtime nickname that just stuck.
Do you play live?
I play occasional live shows, just to break out new songs, play fun covers and keep my mojo working.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Video Everywhere!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not likely, as Internet music distribution has advanced in exciting ways for individual artists.
