Karl loves to play out, but hasn't been in a working band since the end of 2000. Coincidently (or maybe not!) Karl's son Carson was born October 2000

Karl's interests and influences are wide-ranging, from Baroque to Bebop, Soul to agressive instrumental rock. Just about any music that is played with skill and passion gets his attention. There are many influences on many instruments - here are a few: Steve Morse, Neal Schon, Al DiMeola, Mark O'Connor, Michel Camilo, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Felix Mendelssohn, Bach, Bernstein, Cannonball Adderly, Mike Stern, Steve Smith.
