Favors For Favors is a Brooklyn, NY based indie rock band. They have been playing in and around NYC since January 2005.
Band History:
Favors For Favors began as a project in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. The band started with just two members, Madden and lead singer/guitarist Mike Multari. While writing songs with Keith, Mike was also beginning a project with drummer Andrew Vanette. In late 2004, the three decided to get togther. They spent the entire winter writing and recording on a Lo-Fi Digital 8-track recorder. By the end of the winter they had outgrown their basement residency and had enlisted Andrew's high school friend, Matt Walczak, to play bass. With the line-up complete, Favors For Favors did nothing but write and play shows in New York City and throughout the Tri-state area. They played at least once a week at venues including Don Hills, the Knitting Factory, and the legenedary CBGBs.
