I am another guy with a guitar. Hopefully these songs will be fun for you and if not then there's truly talented artists here you could switch over to.
Why this name?
Ask my parents,
Do you play live?
I've played about five gigs in the last 20 years. I'd play more if asked.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Lets goofballs like me out of our cages and gives us a chance to be heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Unlikely - but maybe under amazing circumstances.
Band History:
1964 - born
1972 - wrote a couple dumb songs like "Stuck in the Bushes" and "Dig Deep Down" mainly to annoy my brother.
1981 - bought a cheapo guitar - used it for the next 6 years
1985 - started writing my own "folk" songs
1990 - First recording "Rafting Songs of the Depression" aka "Me" done on a boombox condenser mic
1992 - "Do Not Cross Painted Islands" - first multitrack recording
1994 - "Yummy Growth" recorded while being threatened with calls to the landlord.
1998 - "Burning Furnace of Hits"
2004 - "Underkill" first digital recording
2005 - "The Leslie & Susan Celebration CD Sampler" - an EP done for a "commitment ceremony".
2006 - "Local Disturbance"
2008 - "Security Noise Wall"
