My name is Xtah and my music is my wizardry. House, trance, progressive, club... there is no limit. So let there be house... forever.
Why this name?
It's a fantasy name for me. Like a wizard. Music is my wizardry.
Do you play live?
The last time i played live was in "De Waakzaamheid" in Zaandam, The Netherlands. Mixing progressive house, trance and hardhouse.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
A lot... to much really. I think that people who are using only mp3 files for listening to there favorite music, is not the group that will choose for quality, but more for simply playing the files on there computer. If they have a special artist or band, than those people will almost always buy the original cd's because they want it to be the best quality. I will never get my favorite from the internet and burn it on cd... never. It's just not the same like a original cd. That's why i think the music industry never dies because mp3 is just not the same as the real thing and it never will be.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Ofcourse!!!
If they would give me a chance to bring out my music to the world, i will take that chance at any time. I don't care if there are big $ signs behind it. You must see the beauty in it. Just think about it... if you're dancing in a club that suddenly you hear your own track and everybody goes crazy on that music. Life is to short to think about money all the time because if you've got to much of it... it will live your life for you.
