Wassup people this is ya boy Blessed. I'm a Hiphop/Rnb , producer/artist
I'm doing Hiphop since I was 12 years old. I started writing lyrics and later on I switched to makin beats. Back then I was inspired by artists like Wu-Tang, Pete Rock and later on artists like Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Slum Village and now Little Brother. I like that kinda music to listen to but I also like those hard Timbaland and Just Blaze beats cause they got that bounce in it. I did my music like that, but for like the last half year i'm just stucked on doing them soulfull beats cause that's just what I love.

Why this name?
At first my name was SoulKid but I thought it kinda put me in a corner, and one day I made this one beat that was so hard and my homeboy told me ''Yo you're blessed with this shit'' so that was the day I started using that name.
Do you play live?
I perform live as an emcee. As a producer I just stay in my lab doin the one thing that I love to do.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's changing the industry a lot. I mean without internet there wouldn't be cd's like The Foreign Exchange album. That's just an example of what the internet can do.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only if I can do the things I like.

The whole Rawkus, Common, Biggie, Jay-Z, Nas, Little Brother, Slum Village, pete rock, J Dilla, Primo and there is so much more I like
