Well....the actual band ELIZA had several names before the final name. We were first known as THE LOVE HATE , then LOVE AND HATE ARE DEMONIC ELEMENTS ,CROSS ON HIGH , THE LOVE HATE ALCHEMY , ELIZA: THE LOVE HATE ALCHEMY...but its all so complicated you know...so we stuck with ELIZA , my girlfriends middle name....*shrugs* i thought it was cool.we just had a lot of struggles with coming up with a name..and we just stopped and decided with this one..simple yet amazingingly dark to me.

I do play live..I usually play at the mall..just give performances with HE'S ON FIRE's Michael Double-You.... HE and I are like brothers and we usually just give performances of covers such as Taking Back Sunday's "CUTE WITHOUT THE E" / Weezer's "PERFECT SITUATION" / Bright Eyes's "A PERFECT SONNET" and so on.....THere was this one cool moment where security told us not to draw a crowd when we were playing at the mall..*laughs* as soon as he left a crowd came up to us and listened in....another great moment was that i forgot the lyrics to one of the covers we were doing so I improvised and screamed incoherently...*laughs*

I think its great because it helps promote music. Sometimes it gets a little out of hand with the illegal downloading and what not...

Not right now..Im only 16 and still in high school...I think im gonna go ahead and just promote myself first with all the cds i have...just about 4 to be exact...they are all very experimental songs....but im just gonna promote before signing...

the band begin with an experiment for a hardcore song however did not find that while facing the threats of two mothers. Stopped momentarily by their moms , the two boys decided to tone down the vocals , resulting in the song BLood stained roses..from then on we just began recording cds . three to be exact... *Chemistry of the messed up mind , THE DEMO< and ELIZA * during post-katrina....the band recently broke up due to one of the members moving..however we do plan on making a reunion every weekend. THE BAND"S MUSICAL TALENT IS SLOWLY progressing but hopes to overcome all obstacles with 360 spin kicks , screaming , and guitar spinning.*laughs* the band has pretty much fallen apart..but im talking with another band on soundclick to do a collaboration. Im in the talks to doing a cd with HE'S ON FIRE>>>>> Right now...since ive no members left ...also wanted by another local band...i dont know....

Musical influences?Faced with the rebellious yet repetitive nature of the world of rock , this band has decided to do it all. Influenced from the softest Eisley song to Metallica's Master Puppets to Underoath's Impact of Reason , this band's influences takes its toll from the likes of Taking Back Sunday , 200 Km/h in the wrong lane , Underoath , Senses Fail , Eisley , Mae , He's on Fire , He is Legend , and so much more......

NM>>>>we just wing everything...if we have a guitar thats all we need.lol. NO, we do have several amps and an array of mics..The equipment is not that great but it allows us to experiment..We have several pedals and an not so great drum set..*laughs* HEY, what can i say? we're trying.

With a range of soft melodic songs with slow but beautiful riffs to the likes of aggressive screaming heart stop lyrics , this band has faced it all. Experimenting with several styles , the band has no definitive sound and progresses with every heartbreaking scream and every beautiful note.
