Why this name?
I had a bunch of names ready and waiting. I asked the other members which they preferred. Room 101 won out - it is from Orwell's 1984. What is in Room 101 is your worst fear in the world. Unfortunately, there was another band named that a few years ago. In Texas, too, but Waco (must be something in the water down here). So we shortened it to Rm101.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Obviously it does since you are reading this.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure, but not holding our collective breadth
Band History:
check out the below site. It has a long, tedious but sometimes humorous story of our original band, X & the Mermaid '69.
