Hello !
Welcome to my Band Page !
I'm a part time musician and try to dabble with some creative stuff whenever I get some time from work and family. All my music (covers or originals) has been arranged and recorded personally by me!

Please listen to my songs and be kind enough and leave me some reviews/comments. Your feedback will help me improve and I will come back with even better music !
Why this name?
That's my name !
Do you play live?
Not any more
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internet Revolution is at par with the industrial revolution in terms of its importance to this world. We're just seeing the tip of something that will change the way we live, learn, work, play for ever and make it upside down.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely!
Your influences?
I've been influenced heavily by Indian as well as Western Music.

My early influences were my parents: Pranati and Prabir Lahiri and their love for songs of Nobel Laureate Rabindra Nath Tagore. Till date, they are my deepest influences and my greatest source of musical inspiration.

Till date, I've been influenced by so many different genres, styles and atrists/composers, it is impossible for me to list all of them individually.

Here's a partial list of artists in no particular order:
Kishore Kumar, Bob Dylan, R D Burman, Pink Floyd, Eric Claption, Neil Young, Kalyanji Anandji, A R Rehman, Salil Choudhury, Santana, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, CSN, Grateful Dead, S D Burman, Hamant Kumar, Chinmoy Chattopadhyay, The Who, Eagles .........the list goes on and on
