Uncledad. Instrumental guitar based "music". For fans of offbeat instrumentals with a jazzy(sloppy), feel. We're getting better. Really.

Ray-Guitars, Bass, various samples Mac Hine- Drums

Uncledad, formed in 2006, is a punk/rock/metal/jazz/mathrock instrumental band in the tradition of bands such as Gone, Black Flag(instrumental), Don Caballero. Drawing on such diverse influences as Greg Ginn, Miles Davis, Led Zeppelin and the beforementioned bands, Uncledad attempts to continually challenge thier listeners with a wide range of musical styles, all rooted around riff-heavy rock and roll. The lack of a singer would usually be a handicap to most bands, but there simply is no room for a frontman in Uncledad's engaging and sometimes admittedly hit or miss sonic f***ery. Uncledad doesnt believe in categories or boundaries when it comes to music. The latest release,"They Do Everything!" is an attempt to do just as the title suggests. Attention Drummers: we need one! Equipment used: Ibanez guitars, Line 6 amps, a shitty Compaq, FL Studio 8 Producers Edition, Audacity, Iron City Beer, Yuengling Lager, Boredom.
Why this name?
Mac Hine works cheap...
Do you play live?
No, not as of yet. Playing live is fun tho.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes Uncledad possible.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Why the F not? Like the music industry isn't dead enough?
Your influences?
Jimmy Page, Greg Ginn, Black Sabbath, blues, etc etc.........
