My band "D.J. Necrogenic" is me and my computer. Many people think that because I have the initials D.J. that I have to use turntables but in my case the D.J. stands for Digital Juggernaut
Why this name?
The word Necrogenic roughly mean "Originated for the dead" In my life I have seen many of my friends killed for various reasons which all pretty much boil down to a lack of direction and enthusiasm in there lives and i believe that through there deaths I have strived to "make something of myself" Therefore through there deaths came the creation of the man I am today.
Do you play live?
Since all of my music is done on the computer it provides a very boring live show but I am currently searching for a way to liven up the show ... So the answer to the question iss no but eventually yes
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet provided bands an easier way to make there music accessible to the masses and in doing so it has provided stiffer competition and caused the artist to strive for perfection in their music
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That would depend on the label and I would have to be able to put out my music not someone elses idea of what would sell to the public
