1.LEASING:
You can lease any beat on my page.One for $45 two for $80.How does it work??When leasing , you can use the beat for one profitable recording(cd, mixtape, etc).Upon payment, the beat is sent to u via email at the highest mp3 form along with a conformation email from me.You cannot make any changes to the instrumental or resale your rights.Allow 3-5 days for payment to clear,then instrumental will be emailed to you immediatly.

2.EXCLUSIVE:
Price $650+,how does this work? You got the right to do whatever you feel with the beat.You have full ownership of the beat and you can use how you want in any way and for all purposes and profits,but you cant resale or transfer ownership,only one owner.The instrumental will also be removed from my soundclick page since technically u are the new owner.Upon purchase, you will recieve:a CD with the instrumental waves seperated.(for studio purposes)and a document with all of your Exclusive Rights signed but me.
