Hidden in Plain View is a melodic, pop-punk rock band out of northern NJ. In the short few months as a band, they have managed to sell thousands of CDs and have become one of the hardest working bands in the local scene. They have toured all around the East Coast playing for an ever-growing fanbase. Their live performance seems to leave fans wanting more. Come check them out.

Why this name?

The phrase "Hidden in Plain View" came from something an old lady said to our singer in a gracery store. It seemed to make sense.

Do you play live?

We play all around the East Coast. We do "mini-tours" every weekend.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think the internet has a huge impact on bands. Its a very powerful and useful device. It pretty much acts like a show for a band when its not playing one. Promoting on the internet can be the most powerful way to get fans.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

We are currently looking for the right label. Big or small. We just want to be somewhere where we will be taken care of.

Your influences?

We all stem from a lot of different backrounds. We have too many influences to list. It adds to our unique sound.
