Well right now i'm working alone and am helping some friends out giving them advice most of the time.
But being alone isn't going to work for me and I would like to create A little group... if you want to join just mail me and give your soundclick and I'll take a look ;), but you can only join if you are:
- a rapper/songwriter
- singer
- a producer (a guy who makes beats/music)
- a fullproducer/allaroundproducer (which i'm beginning to become)
So you can be pretty much everything right now but those options will dissapear over time, so be as quick as you can.

Why this name?
I was having fun and melo is a dutch short word that stands for fun.
Do you play live?
I don't really play live yet, but I did a few things for school and karaoke and stuff, and they have one similarity with real perfomance I think.
You feel the positive energy (if you ain't wack) that the crowd is giving you, great experience.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's much more accesible than the early days and you get free promotion, I don't think that the whole napstar/kazaa thing is as big as everyone said... the music industry still lives...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on what that contract is saying ;)

I'm just starting to get serious with music, but I played a little bit guitar since the age of 14.
Your influences?
My influences are everything what i can see and hear, sometimes music just pops into my head...

Well for everyone who is starting out, and knows how to all the software things, a simple hardware setup is listed on my equipment lists ;) the guitar thing is optional though... but you need a condensor microphone if you want the vocals and a midi-keyboard to create your melody's (much faster)...
