Why this name?
The owner of the label was called Ras/R.A.S which stands for Rebel Against Society so it was an extention of that.
Do you play live?
Raskil Records have played and continue to play live numerous times at different venues all over the world.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives artist's a chance of networking with one another and hearing eachother's material.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We would sign a distribution deal with a major label if the contract was right yes.
Band History:
Ras started the label and signed his friend Sion De Freitas and then he started expanding the label from there.
Your influences?
Hip Hop mainly but we respect and appreciate all good music.
