The heavy dynamic rock band Crescent sun was formed in the early spring of 2005.
It started out as an idea between the two friends David and Cecilia. Cecilia had just left her old band and David had grown tired of his. The both of them felt they needed to develop their music in a new kind of way. And so Crescent Sun was formed. Some time later the excellent bass player Tommi joined the band, and a few weeks later Cecilia meet the musically talented pianist Sophie at the shool. Crescent Sun was formed.
Now a year later the band celebrates their "one year as a group", by recording the first production, called Heavy rock in the veins of nothin'.

Do you play live?
We have played live a couple of times in Gothenburg, Sweden and its surroundings. It is the best way to communicate with the fans.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is clearly a good way for new bands to reach out with their music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on what the contract says.

We are influenced and inspired by life and all of its happenings, all the downsides and the upsides.
