DCH is owned and operated by C.Blount and Dru with the help of street team members Z, Tony, Sarah, etc... As a promotion/production company we work with an array of diffrent artist and labels including but not limited to 696 entertainment, Nexx productions, Sketch, Screams, COA/ 4 corner company, T-lane, TRU, Outspoken, Sacrifice, Print, Ricole, GZ'IS, Whyteout, and some others
Why this name?
IT STANDS FOR DA CORPORATE HUSTLE. DCH is more than just a name its a state of mind. The ultimate grind. We dont wanna be "hood rich" we want that legit corporate cash. Young brothas comin for that office money.
Do you play live?
Of course, everybody loves the thrill of bein in front of a crowed.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows local bands to move their units and make a movement in a fluid manner, not possible just a few years ago.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Well if a major distributer came to our front door We would most def. sign a contract. The only catch is we would have to be able to rep our region MD stand up.
Band History:
C.BLOUNTS imagined the DCH movement and everything was everything from that.
Your influences?
We love Rock and real Hip-hop. artist like lauryn Hill, Dead prez, Nas, Talib, Most def, Hi-tek, Gang starr/ Guru, jimi hendrix, Beatles, marvin gaye,Guns & roses etc...
