Why this name?

Well, Smart is my last name, and my close friend Tyson (Ahlter Ego) "bestowed" it upon me one day out of the blue.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It gives emerging artists a chance to grow in every aspect of music, and hones their skills as lyricists, musicians, vocalists, etc - from the most important tool an artist can use : "feedback" from other artists.

Band History:

I started writing poetry in 8th grade.
I began battling on a board called "The Untouchables" in 9th grade during computer class.
I started recording on my Ma's work-issued laptop haha.
I stopped recording for a short period after CRASHING my Ma's work-issued laptop!
I began recording again when my music teacher (God Bless her) caught wind of my old songs and was impressed to where she ordered equipment for me to use.
Thats when it really took off, and we've been going ever since.
Though, recently, I've taken a break from recording while attending college and furthering my education.
