Cornelia's style sets herself apart from others with a dramatic voice and intricate lyrics. As a result in 12 hours her song 'Cry' reached number 9 and then position 1 from thousands of entries in the trip hop charts, it's a strong song as it is staying at a high position. 'I'm Still Waiting' is in a very good chart postion at the moment.
The two recently published songs, 'I Never Meant To Hurt You' and 'Lumea-i Rea' are doing amazingly well in the charts especially the afore mentioned one as it's reached number 2 in the charts, both are expected to climb further. During the years, I've been blessed to work with very talented producers and musicians with different musical backgrounds that have influenced me a great deal, especially to create and find my own style.
I am into people who not only sing but can create also, this is what makes someone an 'artist'. In my opinion two of the best artists are Ozzy Osbourne and Moby. Even though they have completely different styles I am inspired by them.
I find myself writing most of the time and i love it.
It can be a pain as is waking me up in the middle of the night and i can be also a pain to live with because of this, but music is a big part of me and my life.
I love creating and my parents are my best critics.
I have a very musical family, my father plays guitar and piano and my mum can only sing, she has a very nice voice but she is shy and we always make fun of her.
From my father side anyone can sing and they do have amazing voices and whenever there is a family reunion, we all sing, mostly folkloric traditional songs.And then the food and the wine....God!!
