The members of general Pop feel the way society is set up for youth of color is similar to the prison system. So being a average youth out here we feel as though we're part of the general population...

Hell yeah as long as I feelm comfortable. Everyone says as long as I dont have to change but that's B.S. because the way labels are set up no artist starts out with a whole lot of control. That's why I said said as long as I'm in a good place.

I love old school r & b. Give me some marvin, curtis, teddy, o'jays, temptations, commodores and other stuff like that and I be straight. I'm also a big fan of artists like Mos Def, Talib Kweli, KRS One, Atmosphere, Pharohe Monche, and ocassionally Kanye (startin to talk about LV and Gucci too much)
