I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, and I like to think that my songs sound different from each other, unlike some electronica artists. I've been told that I make simple loop-based programs sound more 'organic' and less like a bunch of pre-defined snippets of music just stuck together.
Band History:
I've been making music since 1985, but only got 'serious' about it in 1999.
Your influences?
My biggest idols are Jean Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, and Alan Parsons. I also listen to a lot of Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Yello, Laurie Anderson, Underworld, and bt.
Favorite spot?
My favorite city is London. I lived there for two years in junior high, and it was an incredible experience.
Equipment used:
Reason, Acid, Fruity Loops, SoundForge
Anything else...?
Be sure to send me your comments. I like to know if I'm touching people, and also how to make my songs better.
Check out my other bands on SoundClick. Ramstein is my silly side - you'll love it.
Horror Borealis is my darker side.
