I am a solo singer/songwriter. I produce 100% of my own music playing my own keys, guitar and drum beats. Every sound you hear in my music has been manually played by me either on the keyboard or on the guitar. I started playing the piano when I was five and started the guitar when I was eight. I started to record in the summer of 2003 and finished my first solo album by myself in the spring of 2005.
Why this name?
I chose my first name to be the name that represents me, and represents who I am and what I have been call all of my life.
Do you play live?
I haven't played live much, but I can play in front of people. A special moment I can think of is when I played my girlfriend's favorite song at the time(Good Morning Beautiful by Mark Wills) and singing to her, watching her face and reaction when she was about to cry. I love how my music can affect people in emotionally way. When I do have an audience. I thrive on the energy as I pluck the first few notes on my guitar
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Mp3's have indeed chipped away at record sales a little bit- but I don't think that it completely ruins the music industry. If people are dedicated to their artists, they will support them whether MP3's are out their or not.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I would definitely sign with a major label. There is nothing like working with the best in the industry and financial support of a major recording label- Especially with the exploitation of peer to peer sharing these day- artist who want to make it need as much support they can get. A major label and management can help with bookings, advertising,ETC with lots of money to back up the artists.

Sounds like R&B, pop, contemporary. I love Alicia Keys, Usher, Craif David, Justin Timberlake
