Tha D, bringing versatile production from the Heart of Melbourne. D-Funk is too good for your car system. Voids all warranties for blown speakers. You've been warned.

We're talking inovative production using everything and anything that is required to get THAT sound. Versatility is only the beginning.

All tracks on this site are snippets and samples. Nothing is 100% finished or worked. You want to work with something? Drop a line and we'll see what can be done.
Why this name?
Because ppl call me D... and after a specific article i wrote... someone called me THA D...
Do you play live?
I have been playing guitar/keys in bands since '97... It is good.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Too many useless backyard MCs/producers/artists are getting props. 'Super' producers are getting away with producing cheap records. Noones stepping up the game, we're dumbing it down.

I do not believe having a premium Soundclick site makes you a Premium artist. A LOT of sh*** out there that any clown with an 808 plug-in could whip up in two seconds. 'Hot?' Give me a break.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on the freedom involved in the music process. Genre, direction, artists involved, creative control, marketing.
Your influences?
I listen to and produce a wide range of music. From electronic (house, dnb, trance) to metal/rock, to straight hip hop. Producers/Artists who have influenced my style at some point: Robert Miles, Roger Troutman, BT, Daz Dillinger, Iron Maiden, In Flames, The Gap Band, Ayla, High Contrast and James Newton Howard. D-Funk, baby.
Favorite spot?
Centre Court, Son.
Equipment used:
Broken Bottles & Rubber Bands
Anything else...?
My Opinion is Not to Be F***ed With
