Greetings,

Welcome to the SpindL Soundclick Music Site.
We were wondering when you were going to drop by.

Share a little romance, some laughs, and some creativity here. Hopefully download a song.....

Since on here we have recieved minimal downloads.
In all truth we intend to put any download purchases towards our studio fund.

So we encourage any and all song downloads.

Some of the songs are better than others, but each and every one had it's day in creation.
That day to us is really the best day for each tune.

SpindL to represent is Dave Toroni- Guitars Vocals, Rich Clifton- inspirational Bass, and Mel Librada- Drums.

We're looking for another guitar player in our area as well to create new tunes with and stuff.

Studio is the goal for now.

So download a tune and help us out.
Why this name?
Dave Toroni- " I work with spindles, seemed like a cool name."
Do you play live?
Playing live is such a kick. The adrenaline starts pumping, veins bulge out a bit. The audience is liking it, the sound is good it's a cool deal. On the acoustic side playing at coffee houses, bars, party's is always fun.
Everytime performing it feels special.
Each time increases strength.
We have future plans.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is a tool. A tool for listeners, and a tool for creators. It is changing the industry a lot in fact. Now people are often at home on the internet and bored. Many are using this time to seek and find new music to hear, and nowadays download. It's really cool for us unsigned bands. We have an opportunity to sell music and bankroll some funds for our music development. It is much easier to shop for music right here.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on many things. The contract, the label, the costs, musical freedom, there are many factors involved. But if all things looked handsome, sure thing.
Band History:
Pretty much just have been writing music for many years. A lot of life history, and influence history.
Not a whole lot of studio time thusfar, so that is our ultimate goal.
Your influences?
Dave Toroni- I first started playing guitar at age 8 learning Bob Dylan tunes, and then to Ted Nugent and Led Zepplin. Then to Ozzy and Randy Rhodes and on into Iron Maiden, further Metallica, Megadeth, Testament, Pantera. Today, my influences are much more spread out than they were ever before thanks to the internet and the radio. I like all music pretty much for the most part. I have an open mind. Creating is the life of me.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot is the rocks of Tahoe for creative inspiration with the acoustic. My favorite city is well a rather small town.
Cities are cool to visit.
Equipment used:
I use Marshall, Peavy, Mesa Boogie, and Crate amplification sytems. JBL, Electro Voice, monitors. Sony Digital workstations and various recording softwares including Pro Tools, Cubase, Steinburg, Magix. Guitars include Martin, Yamaha, Jackson Charvel, ESP, Fender, Ibanez. Picks, anything from quarters, dimes, pennies to bread snaps, to Dunlop, to Tortex. Strings using Martin for the Acoustics mainly, and Ernie Ball, or D' Addario for the shredders.
