Hi,
Cipher's Fantasy is a two man band which focuses mainly on instrumental guitar music. All guitars are played and compositions are made by Arto Vaarala and Timo Hemmi. We started playing together in the year 2000 trying to find our music/playing style.
The first three songs, recorded 2003, (Mixed Notes, Two Stories and Slowly Towards the Future) are result of this 'the hunt of the style' period.
All these three songs are recorded with POD 2.0 and Ibanez RG620 (Timo) and Jackson PS-2 (Arto).
The fourth song 'Portrait of You' was recorded at Christmas time 2005.
For recording we used Ibanez guitars, V-amp, Steinberg's Cubase, DFH superior, Reason, Laney amps.
