Red Light Project
NEWS   Hi all, I'm currently planning to take Red Light Project out of retirement. I'm writing some new material, hoping to finish it until I have some decent recordings then the plan is to hire musicians to play concerts. My role in the band would be unusual: bassist and lead singer. Most of the music presented on soundclick will be dropped. Thanks for your interest. (March 12th, 2010)

Why this name?
Red Light can refer to different things... The light used by photographers in dark rooms when developing B/W paper, the traffic lights telling you to stop, or anything else you would find more relevant...
Do you play live?
I played live as a keyboard player (and occasional guitar player) in a pop band from 2000 to 2003. I've been the singer of a pop rock band in 2009 but left after six months cause my voice wasn't appreciated. I did 3 or 4 shows with them. I formed a progressive metal rock band with a female singer in 2009 as well, and has been touring with them as a keyboard player and additional vocalist.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives people like me a way to share their music with other interested people.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably.
Your influences?
The Alan Parsons Project, Supertramp, Crowded House, Genesis, Asia, Mike Oldfield, Vaneglis, Simon & Garfunkel and things like that. The Buggles too.
Equipment used:
Mainly my fingers. I use them to hit keys, pick guitar strings, hold a guitar pick. I also use my hands to hold drumsticks and my vocal cords to sing words - with or without a meaning.
