Well, My name is Luke and I create ambient, mellow dance music to make your mind drift into space.
Why this name?
I believe that the music i create is an ambient source of relaxation for the mind, causing unity within the soul. Cosmic Unity was my first song i made... so i decided to edge on that to create the name Cosmic Alliance.
Do you play live?
I DJ at the club on the camp i work at, i sometimes slip my own music in there which really sees the dance floor get some moves... Done it for the past 3 years and doing it really gives me some great influence to create my own tunes.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Brilliant idea, Quick and easy to get/listen to music... Enhances the way we do things dramatically.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on the situation. If it was a legit deal and i had everything going for it then yes i would.
Band History:
7 years of practise on the keyboard and 5 years implying them to the Pc to create some really good sounds.
Your influences?
Deepest Blue, Gary Jules, Kim Lucas and many other mellow dance DJ's
Favorite spot?
Disney World Florida, where I will go with my Wife and act 5 years old and get away with it!
Equipment used:
I use my Yamaha keyboard and my super powerful Pc. On my pc i use Acid Pro and many other programs to import my keyboard riffs onto and change to how i want.
