Why this name?
I wanted something with "star" in it, but I also wanted something with the first letter of my name, "K", so I thought "Starling" then "StarlinK" and decided to go with that.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives people access to music that they might not normally be able to get..for example, I download Japanese music that I might not have access to unless I actually went to Japan. It also gives people the chance to share music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah, that'd be pretty awesome.
Your influences?
A lot of the music that I like are my influences. Some examples are Basshunter and Daft Punk. Also just any random event in my life can be an influence for a song.
