BEATS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR AIM IN WHATEVER FORMAT REQUESTED. THEY WILL BE FREE OF TAGS EXCEPT FOR MY SIGNATURE TAG AT THE BEGINNING OF ALL MY BEATS. TAG OF COURSE CAN BE EDITED AT YOUR DISCRETION.

1. LEASING rights give you right to use the beat for 1 profitable purpose i.e. album, mixtape, etc. You must give credit to me as the producer of the track. I still own full rights of the beat and the beat can still be sold to anyone else.

2. EXCLUSIVE rights give you the rights to use the track for demo or albums for profitable means. You must give credit to me as the producer of the track. Complete ownership will be transfered to the artist and therefore i can not sell nor use the beat again.
