Do you play live?
I began singing live regularly at local open mic nights at The Friary, Union Blue and Ryan's Bar. I now play solo gigs quite often at the vaults and the Old Bell. I have played around 30 gigs locally including gigs with my band deadmelody www.deadmelody.co.uk.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
the perceived value of music has dropped significantly. Emerging artists give away their music for free and established artists have their music traded in illegally whether through filesharing or CD burning. I think the future of music sales is online MP3 purchase. Unfortunately there are (or seem to be) so many artists available that it is bewildering as a consumer
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
