It's a shoot-'em-up video that I edited a song for, so, stop staring and go watch already.

NEWS UPDATE: With the advent of my personal website, found at www.lordskye.com, I will no longer be posting songs at Soundclick except for the occasional track for Mr. Gilmore's reviews. Thanks for everyone's support and hopefully I'll see you all at my site!
*************************************************
I only have those two in my playlist.
And they've been going for half an hour soon.
-Waddacku, on Kill Them All and Dark Theme
Woah, this is pretty damn good... YOU made it?!
-Beamed, on Sunset Hill
There's pwned noobs flying in all directions.
-Estrual, on the Boom Boom song
Thanks a bunch for all the support, guys.
Hey there. If you've stumbled upon my humble page out of curiosity, good luck to you. If you're returning to check up on my new songs, you've made my day and have a wonderful visit.
I muck around with all kinds of music, but my works are often influenced by video game soundtracks and thus have quite a particular feel to them. That means it can be of any instrumentation and style, and is usually written with a certain theme in mind. This kind of writing is very flexible and universal, plus I like video games, so it works. I use mostly synthesized sounds in my music, but I'm working on doing more with live performing and real sound effects.
If you want to check out my earliest works, visit www.soundclick.com/lordskyearchive. Be aware, of course, that they're mostly awful.
Why this name?
Lord Skye is like a secondary name to me. I use it everywhere online, I sign my visual art with it, and now this. Why? Well, Sky is my name, and... I forget...
Do you play live?
As a musician, yeah, sometimes. To date I haven't had a band perform a song I've written, but that's soon to change.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gets all the unsigned artists a venue to the bigtime companies, and gets me a lot of music free.
-cough-
-cough-
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'm not sure, honestly. I don't have one particular style, so I don't make albums and the like, but one of my goals in music is to bag a job in scoring for video games if you want to count that.
Band History:
My brother used to compose (the jerk still does it better than me when he wants to), and I got interested while visiting my old home in Florida, July of 2004. So I'm still in a critical stage of musical development, and all advice, comments or constructive criticisms will be much appreciated.
Your influences?
Game composers, specifically RPG writers such as Nobuo Uematsu, Yasunori Mitsuda, Noriyuki Iwadare, Motoi Sakuraba, Go Shiina and many others.
Favorite spot?
Forests in autumn are nice.

Just take note: the newest ones are at the top, so references to earlier pieces will actually be above them .. yeah.
Drop me a line if you like, or if you're just bored. Otherwise, enjoy.
